We are North Queensland's largest Retailer of South Africa's favourite brands, products and delicacies with over one thousand items listed. We stock foods such as Maize meal (pap) Mrs Ball's chutney, Ouma Rusks, Bakers Biscuits, Simba chips, Spur sauces, Steers sauces and marinades as well as Biltong, DryWors, Boerewors, koeksisters and samoosas and more. Our small goods are freshly produced in Townsville with 100% Aussie meat.
Biltong Shack endeavor to do personal deliveries in Townsville and to Emerald. Delivery points, dates and time shall be confirmed using your preferred contact method. We deliver all over Australia with Australia Post and other Couriers, see our shipping page.
Our Biltong and DryWors is freshly produced in Central Queensland with 100% Aussie meat.
We produce whole and sliced biltong, sticks and DryWors. Our biltong is available in Traditional, Safari, Chilli and Smokey flavors. Drywors is made in Traditional (beef only) and Farm-Style (beef and mutton) recipes, and come in Plain, Safari, Garlic & Onion and Chilli flavours.
Our products are professionally packed in 70g, 150g, 250g re-sealable pouches and whole pieces of biltong is vac packed.

Our Liquor License Conditions
Biltong Shack operates from premises situated in Queensland and all sales are subject to the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD) and other relevant Queensland Laws. It is an offence under the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD) to supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years. The maximum penalty for supplying liquor to a minor is $25,000. For any person under the age of 18 years of age purchasing or receiving liquor the maximum penalty is $2,500. By proceeding to purchasing any alcohol products you promise that your 18 years or older and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. We record all IP addresses and personal details of users purchasing alcohol on this website and will hand information over to the Queensland Police Service or Office of Liquor & Gaming Regulation authorities as obliged to under Queensland Law.
DO NOT purchase alcohol if you are unsure of your legal entitlement to purchase alcohol under Queensland law.
Our current LIQUOR LICENSE restricts the sale of alcohol AS PART OF A GIFT BASKET containing a selection of other products. To ensure your order reflects this requirement a mandatory gift bag will be added for a fee of $0.20c
